[Hunter] [Beast Mastery] Dire Beast melee attack lower damage than sim

Bug description: The dire beasts does less damage than it should.
Proof: Proof: I opened simulationcraft for 7.3.5. I have no concordance and no sets and no proc items. I use no buffs and no consumables so that the sim is as accurate as it can be. The simulationcraft tells me i should do 37855 damage on a normal hit and 75711 on a crit. I do 36567 on normal hit and 73134 on a crit.

Got naked with only the bm wepon, on 7.2.5 the damage is 12,5k per hit, on 7.3.5 is 9.8k, so again, lower damage on 7.3.5 than on 7.2.5, even though nothing was nerfed for bm hunter from 7.2 to 7.3, we even got a 2,5% buff.
