Ember of Nullification silencing the user after they use a spell.

Bug description: As a blood dk (don't know if this happens with other classes) whenever i cast a spell the item applies choking flames to me and silences me (eg: Blooddrinker, Death and decay). It still triggers on enemies too but it shouldn't trigger on me too.

Proof: http://prntscr.com/rggexm .This is a screenshot of me fighting a random mob and casting Death and Decay. As you see i got silenced for no reason. Same thing happens with Blooddrinker.
