Bug description: I was planning to craft felhound and I already have 600 potential at blacksmithing and already done all the quest except for the Tribal knowledge in highmountain, ignored it till I reach the potential 770 and planning to continue the rest of the remaining quest then I started to notice that I can't find the quest. I already done the art of demonsteel, I also achieve revered status and complete the storyline just in case it was necessary.
