Bear Tartare Food Buff is Bugged No more movement speed buff... :((

Bug description: The buff provided is bugged
Proof: Hi GM. The Bear Tartare upon consuming provided sprint for a short time span upon landing a killing blow to a creep but on my char Necrolash everytime i consume the Food it initially gives the Buff but after a few seconds changes to Agility Buff.

You can avoid getting Main stat by only eating it for 10-19 seconds not for it's full duration , If you eat the food for the full duration it's gonna give primary stats .

You can see it in this bug report , it works for all foods not just bear tartare .
