[DUPLICATE] [Mage] (7.3.5) Brain Freeze proc and Flurry anomaly

Bug description: If you cast Ebonbolt->Flurry while already having a Brain Freeze Proc, the first Flurry removes the proc of the Ebonbolt Brain Freeze proc. It shouldn't work like this. You should get another Flurry proc (EG: (having a Brain Freeze proc ready) Ebonbolt>Flurry>Ice lance>Flurry>Ice lance)

I'm not sure but maybe ---> https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Mage-Frost-Ice-lance-Flurry-visual-proc-timer-t570081.html --- is related? Not sure if it's just a "visual proc timer", seems more like proc on cast/on hit issue.
