Bug description: The trait buff only works when the target already had a rejuvenation, when u apply the first time on it, the hot had only 20 sec.
Proof:
https://prnt.sc/rkvqzs first time cast on target.
https://prnt.sc/rkvre1 second when its reapplied.

This is related to a different issue, where rejuvenation base/max duration will be increased uppon subsequent casts of rejuvenation, this issue is currently been worked on.
