[DUPLICATE] [Suramar] Growing Strong/ Ancient mana cap

Bug description: I finished the Suramar questline up until the quest where I had to get 7000/21000 Exalted with The nightfallen (Growing Strong) before the 7.3.5 patch, because in Shadow of Argus the questline for the Good Suramaritan achievement [ https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=11124&&name=good-suramaritan ] shouldn't have any reputation walls anymore, but I can't take the next quest from Valewalker Farodin, also he is missing from the wow freakz database. Another bug is that I have 300 Ancient mana cap when I completed enough quests to have the cap higher, like I did before the 7.3.5 patch.

Yes, it is known that Ancient Mana currency cap is bugged, it would be nice to see a quick fix since you can't do Suramar stories otherwise and this breaks pathfinder etc.:
