Bug description: Bonebreaking Strike always follows the tank, it should be side-stepable. This spell used by the mini boss Commander Shemdah'sohn. It is important to be able to side-step it on fortified for example but if the spell follows the tank then when the tank attemps to do so he may easily stun not only himself but dps/heal too which may cause wipe.
Soul-Torn Champion also uses Bonebreaking Strike but thats correctly side-stepable.
