Bug description: Even tho the "Order Advancement " (talent) is active . the NPC that is the trainer for those type of "Troops" is missing from the Rouge Class Hall. It should be located downstairs in the hall and I look in all corners of the hall meybe you moved it with the new patch ... but there is nowhere to find it.
