Bug description: AMS just isn't generating Runic Power, or when it generates it is so low. It is huge thing, you can't use it to heal, or to burst. I did tests in PvP, not quite sure what is PvE state of spell, will test it soon too
Also I talked with some frost DKs, seems like they have same issue

Proof: I can't record on my PC, but it is easy to test, duel any Assa rogue in 1v1 with full dots even vendetta it generates 0 RP

From what I've tested in a duel atm with a balance druid and it did give runic power according to the ammount absorbed .
But I agree with you that on low magic dmg income it seems as if it doesn't regen at all ..

Confirm that for Unh and Blood DK in both pve and pvp. AMS generates close to ZERO RP, even with talents that increase its absorb and duration and cloak legendary. Gamebreaking, DK is just a mob in PvP until it's fixed.

I tested it in Raids as unholy / blood . AMS now regenrated Runic power depending on the ammount abosrbed . If you notice it doesn't generate from a specific ability / class spell please open another report with proper proof.
