Bug description: The 9/6/2017 hotfix (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20812012/world-of-warcraft-7-2-5-patch-notes) was actually a revert change for a previous hotfix from 21/3/2017 (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20478238), which means that abundance went from a 5% reduced cast time, back to a normal 10%. NOT that the cast time reduction was totally removed.
