[FIXED] [Demon hunter][Vengeance] Runemaster's Pauldrons legendary with Demon Spikes

Bug description: Using Metamorphosis should give 1 full charge of Demon Spikes, but its just resetting the remaining cooldown on a charge.
Proof: Using Metamorphosis with the legendary and Demon Spikes on cooldown resets its cooldown to 0 instead keeping cooldown and giving 1 full charge.

Confirmed.

The legendary should only grant you one charge of Demon Spikes and not affect its cooldown.
