Bug description: Stonebinder Drogbar and Stonebinder Gorgrogg both don't pop waited for 10 min and nothing

Confirm. The mobs do not spawn.
Also, if you move out of world quest area, criteria of the wq changes into:
8/1 Stonebinder Gorgrogg slain
0/8 Bitestone drogbar slain
