[FIXED] [Demon hunter][Vengeance] Defensive Spikes trait

Bug description: Using Demon Spikes while having previous one does not trigger increased parry for first 3 seconds, but triggers decreasing of parry making possible to have 10% parry on demon spikes

I used Demon Spikes once, when parry increase got back to 20% on first one i used it again and total parry was still 20% (trait didnt proc) and at the end parry increase was 10% because it got lowered by trait.

I really can't reproduce that issue. Tested both on live and on ptr. My parry goes up from 25% to 35% and decreases to 25% again after 3 sec. Then after I use another charge of it while having the previous one on 25% active, the trait procs correctly and my parry goes up to 35% again.
Can you please make a video of how that happened to you?

After further testing i realised its really random of trigger/untrigger of the trait

i did test few times values of parry on this video with base parry of 36,17% i encountered following:
0:12 - no untrigger on trait, parry stays at 66,17% for the whole duration of spikes
0:39, 0:50, 1:02 - no trigger parry is 56,17% for the whole duration
1:05 - the bug i described before where trait didn't trigger at cast, but untriggered after 3 sec, so my parry went down to 46,17%
