Bug description: When coming close (what can be seen on screenshot) to the npc that suppose to be found, doesn't count it towards the quest and because of that I cannot progress futher into Mage campaign. After finding him, an quest mob is suppose to spawn which drops a key and allow us to open Millhouse Manastorms cage to progress futher.
