Bug description: The Tier 20 4p bonus in PTR 7.3.5 doesn't consume both of the execute stacks ,instead it just consumes only 1.You can see in the video ,after using the ravager , the 1 mortal strike that is being automatically cast from it consumes only 1 of the 2 execute stacks
