I need fast respond can't play since 7.3.5 i tried everything, devs please help.

I'm getting this error after trying to come back to play on 7.3.5 , I played few months ago on 7.2.5 and everything was fine, I tried to update my client, to download one that download while you play and full torrent client none of them work. What tried:

1. Read-only method.
2. Config method.
3. DMZ method (I think I did it right)
4. Drivers for networks
5. Connect via lan and via wi-fi
6. Firewall off - on.
7. Updated windows to last versions (using windows 10)
8. I have .net and c++ and installed again.
9. I moved it to another drive.
10. VPN

On my brothers laptop on same internet everything work fine. Can you help me?

Open your cmd ( Windows key+R and type CMD) then type the following
ipconfig/flsuhdns
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew

Still no luck, this is what i saw in Logs/connection.txt
3/27 15:46:20.373 Connection Initialize
3/27 15:48:11.894 Connection Destroy
