Bug description: Rejuvenation stacking Exploit. This exploit is nonexistent.

Proof: Link (8.30)

Let's take a look at this druid "exploiting" Rejuvenation.
We can see him casting Rejuvenation at 8.31. At 8.36, he refreshed the Rejuvenation and the duration jumps to 23 seconds. Why does this happen?

It's because of the Pandemic mechanic.

A very good and short explanation is given here: "you can refresh DoTs/HoTs/buffs etc before they expire and the remaining duration/ticks will add onto the next one" or here: "Pandemic is a passive that all casters now have that allows for 33% of the duration of DoT effects to be added onto new DoTs when they are refreshed" (this does not cover the HoTs part, but you've got the idea).

The reason it was moved to "Closed issues" and hence "Fixed" is because the issue of me not knowing where said extra duration was comming from. Pandemic effect will remain and keep working as intended.
That report is there to help with a different issue concerning the interaction of Pandemic with Aman'Thul's Wisdom and abundance, which would be terminated early (not taking into account pandemic duration.
