Bug description: I have lost my apparence on my artifact weapon. The one that u get when u complete a mythical 15 dungeon. I have it before the 7.3.5 patch on, when i enter the server i have lost that apparence

Hello!

You must have completed the quest chain "Balance of Power" in order to get this appearance.

The Balance of Power requirement was removed on 7.1 and 7.2 because the questchain didn't work for most of the time during those patches, but since it works now, the requirement has been re-enabled.
