[FIXED] [Quest] Keeping Your Edge

Bug description: After receiving the DK artifact weapons and teleporting to the ebon hold
I noticed the commanding table (same one that I send companions to missions and pick a zone in legion) is just missing/non-existent.
and the only NPC in the area that is able to give me a quest is non-interactable at all. I have no other quests in any other place and nothing to do.
I have tried deleting my cache and logging back in, but nothing helps.

The Scouting map appear after you complete the quest Plans and Preparations and take the Our Next Move quest .

I tested it on PTR and after completing The Call of Icecrown the NPC Illanna Dreadmoore doesn't give the next quest Keeping your edge that allows you to continue the questchain.

So if she doesn't give that quest what are we suppose to do exactly? We can't continue nor pick a zone..
Looks like she is bugged and cannot be interacted with.
