[FIXED] Death Knight Necrotic Aura PvP talent range is bugged

Bug description: The aura starts affecting the target when you literally get into their ***, way less then 12 yards as can be seen in the screenshots provided bellow
Proof: https://prnt.sc/rom787 , 1 step behind the first screenshot, barely visible distance but its gone https://prnt.sc/rom7ix, this would be the optimal range if not even more since 12yards is a lot more than what its giving now https://prnt.sc/rom7mj
