Bug description: The quest asks to kill "Keeper Selentia" and collect 6 crystals. the "Keeper Selentia" is not being spawned in the specified location or is not being spawned at all.

The mob is actually spawned but is under the ground. This needs to be fixed in next reset. It's blocking the unlocking of the entire zone.

for me she spawn at the right location but wont give me the kill

Im not there yet, but u can't kill her. She's deep under the text

Same problem here , cannot access the whole zone + the reputation + world quests + fly in broken isle , its a bit frustrating T_T

did that, not working, he is still under map... new players like me cant open world quests only because of that single quest...

I did all of that and the mob is still under the text.

The quest itself works fine, yes, but apparently the NPC occasionally bugs under the floor. I've no idea what she's doing there though hehe. But yeah, I had to unstuck her twice already, so I can confirm something's off with it.
