Well, when i'm in some places in the legion, my fps drop dramatically, from 100 to 40 out of nowhere and stay for a while, mainly on the broken coast and in dalaran, in 7.2.5, my fps were set anywhere, because now and so? I have a 1060 i5 7400, it shouldn't be.

Have you tried to set low settings to see if it works? Or lower shadow settings?
