Bug description: does not increase haste of pets. cast time in pet's spell's tooltip does visually get reduced, but the actual cast is the same as without the buff. same for auto attacks

I can confirm that. The damage and health part work but the haste is not applied.

As you can see in the video I am using Hand of Gul'dan with 3 shards both times the first time with empower the second time without it and the number of hits done on both tests are 27 (9 per imp). For me Demonic empowerment is giving the demons 58% haste which should increase the number of hits per imp to 14-15. Since each hit does ~50k dmg (for me) thats a loss of 200k-250k damage per imp
