Bug description: The quest NPC does not follow you as she should. The first two conditionals (First area scouted, Second area scouted) are not available to be completed nor are they able to be completed. The last conditional, Find Astoril, does not work when approaching the NPC.

Re-take the quest.

And ofc delete cache.

I've completed this quest yesterday, had no issue's with it.
