[FIXED] [General][Double weapons Specs] Equiping other items over Artefacts EXPLOIT

There is a very big problem with equiping other items/artefacts over your main spec artefact.This occurs on classes/specs that use Main hand+Offhand weapons or main +shield or 2 items in general.What happens is that you can equip other shields/two handed swords etc on artefact slots thus resulting in maintaining both an artefact weapon and another/weapon shield.THIS NEEDS FIX ASAP.
