Got the mount several days ago (can't remember exactly when, but was right after the update) thorough the voting system.
When I logged on the character, was just a system email, with some broken items, but no mount at all.
Went back to website, thinking that maybe the transaction wasn't finalized correctly and then I discovered my points are gone;
Yesterday I contacted the customer support thorough the ingame ticket and they told me to check my mounts list few hours later. I did that, today, and still no Mammoth there...
I know you, guys, are going thorough a rough period, but I just don't want to delay this to long...
