Bug description: Seems like both mobs don't want to phase in for no appareant reason, it says that they're spawned on the NPC Finder but I can't seem to be able to target or find them

The quests are not up for them atm but as you can see here --https://imgur.com/a/ZinlWmG -- they are existing, you just need to wait for the WQ for them.
