Bug description: Feed on the Weak should only target tanks, currently it targets random players.

That's not correct. Here I timestamped you when the boss casted the spell and it was hitting the DH in his group while it was targeting the tank .

Where it clearly states :
"Feed on the Weak will target a random non-tank player, and deal an extremely large amount of damage over the course of its channel. Targeted players should use a CD to survive, and healers should focus single-target heals on them."

Happens , the guide also says :

"Tank Responsibilities:
If targeted by Growing Paranoia, avoid moving onto other players
If targeted by Feed on the Weak, use a cooldown to mitigate its damage
Move the Shade of Xavius out of nearby Apocalyptic Fire areas"

Which means the statement above is also not corret that it should only target non-tanks as the video also says .
The ability is random target xD
