Argus World Quests

Bug description: World Quests on Argus should be scaled up to 895+ ilvl at least it says that in 7.3 patch notes when Blizzard released Argus.

Quote: "As your item level increases, you will find gear with higher ilvl rewards, starting at 895 for Argus World Quests. You can have multiple World Quests up with different ilvl rewards at the same time. The average ilvl of the rewards will increase based on the ilvl of your gear in your inventory."

Confirmed.

Strange as it is the ilvl is 880 which is same as on Broken Isles.
