So, you should kill 15 withered in Azurewing Repose, but you cant because they appear and Khadgar throws a spell on them which makes them disappear right away(this is like in 1 second) so you cant even attack them

Confirmed.

There is a wierd interaction here indeed, after taking the quest the NPCs either dissapear instantly or when I come near them to kill them.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?
