Bug description: I have done the 4 WQ for the emissary quest, but i cant turn it in. Posted screenshots to prove it.

Can you place your mouse over the Emissary on your map, you probably need to do some questlines to be able to have an emissary completed for Dreamweavers.
I can see from your proofs that you have 0/7 chapters & now at 7.3.5 you need atleast the starting quest (do quests to the point where you are at the Lorlathil) for the zone to be able to give in the emissaries.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?

Got it fixed, did 2 more WQ and it poped and i could claim it. BTW you dont need to have the starting Q to be able to complete it. Only in your main so on your alt unlocks too. /delete
