WoW Freakz link: Shaman artifact quest

Bug description: Hello, I cannot complete the shaman artifact quest as during stage 5, she gets stuck at 30% and I am unable to attack her anymore. Please see the attached pictures. This was rejected here and the topic was closed: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/SHAMAN-CLASS-HALL-STARTING-QUEST-BUG-t575802.html , but I believe that it is in fact not working properly as the script isn't followed. I have waited 5 minutes and nothing happened or changed. It seems that there are plenty of people to which this happens, could you please take another look, maybe it doesn't always happen? It doesn't look right. Thank you very much!

Later edit: I would also like to point out that there seem to be 2 other issues with this: there are 3 npcs helping in this scenario, but you cannot see them on screen as members of your party, and once their HP gets too low they just disappear, which doesn't happen in the video below (31:20)
