[Shadoow] 7.3.5 update - Potato damage

Even though I upgraded my legendary items, and received a significant item level boos through the Nether-Light crucible traits, I feel like I've lost about 25~30% DPS. I know we received a minor nerf on "Vampiric Touch" and "Shadow Word: Pain", but that doesn't correlate with damage loss I've seen on my character.
Browsing reported/confirmed bug section doesn't point to any issues with the spec either.
Also on 7.2.5 my single target damage in raids and on Orgrimmar training dummy used to be in line with SimulationCraft sims (usually less than 100k off), using the 7.3.5 SimulationCraft version, my damage is now significantly lower - about 30% below sims.

Is it just me or is anyone else having this feeling that Shadow is now like a potato?

Yeh you are right. It's more like a tomato. But like allways,they will repair it in time.

Any idea what exactly is wrong? I can't seem to find any reported issues.
