[DUPLICATE] [Quest] [HighMountain] Rite of Blood isn't triggering the boss fight

Bug description: The Rite of Blood quest doesn't trigger the fight when you approach Navarrogg and the boss isn't there, tried it for 1h and after abandoning the quest, leaving to Acherus, doing some other quests and coming back the quest was working again but I saw others having the some problem that I was having.

Same problem here, with my DK Exece.
But already 168 players did that quest, can you help us?
