[FIXED] [Warlock] Affliction Talent Death's Embrace

Bug description: The Death's Embrace tier 7 talent doesn't give any damage increase under 35% health of the target. On the images you can clearly see the health difference, and that my UA hit for 2million crit on the 90% health target and then it hit for 1.7m crit on the same target at 10% health.

i noticed that too death's embrace isn't working at all

confirm. 1.4m at the start, lower than 1.2m at the end.

Confirm. Mby its a unlucky rng but dots hit/crit less on low HP with talent picked.
