[FIXED] [Druid][Guardian] Crucible Infusion of Light healing

Bug description: Infusion of Light healing does not proc for guardian druid.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/rY46hcd meters for damage and healing for the same fight. I got 8 procs of dmg while none for healing.
According to https://www.wowhead.com/guardian-druid-artifact-guide both Secure in the Light and Infusion of Light should be able to proc from mastery and Fury of Nature legendary which are passive healing of guardian druid. Since mastery is not accounted to Druid it might be difficult to make it proc these traits, but legendary is a huge deal.

Confirmed, mastery is not been registered as a standalone heal, and hence is unable to proc RPPM / RNG related proc on effect spells / triggers.

This issue isn't exactly due to the crucible trait, and for such it may be misleading; the problem originates from Mastery not working as it should..

Mastery is now fixed and working as intended.
Fury of Nature is now working as intended, except an issue with the direct moonfire trigger not procing Nature's Guardian, but every other effect is interacting correctly with the player now.

Fertilized by solitude, watered by tears of the moon, the night blooming flower shines for eternity.
