Bug description: Says I haven't completed the class hall campaign for warlock but I did for sure. Not sure how to prove it when the achievement is what is bugged.

Everything looks correct for me, just a visual stuff.
In Heroic Campaign achiv progress it's says you completed Warlock Campaign. Also you have achiv for completing it. Only achiv says you didn't, but you did (Heroic Campaign achiv confirms it).
