Bug description: The npc that is supposed to start the entire Bradensbrook chapter, Jarod Shadowsong, of Val'sharah's questline is invisible to some players even if I never completed those two quests that he has (proof below bottom left in the red highlight #1). I have been able to do some quests that i have got from the citizens in Bradensbrook tho I never have spotted Jarod. He is either supposed to already be in the middle of the city, either you need to have a quest item named ''The warden's signet'' which is already reported missing in a bug report( proof #2)

Hey, have you done ‘A village in Peril’? You must acquire this quest for Jarod to appear as you can see in the link below in the ‘Condition’ tab
