Bug description:

Odyn's Champion description

"When you use Rampage, Odyn has a chance to declare you the Champion of the Valarjar for 6 seconds, causing all your offensive abilities to reduce the cooldown of all your abilities by 1 sec."

Back in 7.1.5 and 7.2.5, the buff also reduce the cooldown of Bloodthirst and Raging Blow (if Inner Rage talent is choosen). With 7.3.5 , the buff doesn't reduce those 2 spells. Battlecry and Avatar still got cooldown reduction from the buff.

Proof: Can't provide for now as I need to record it and I don't have recording software installed. Its quite easy to test it anyway.

It should not affect those two spells that was a bug which was fixed.
