[Pandaria][Dread Wastes] The Root of the Problem

Bug description: It says, I don't meet the requirement for this quest. However, I've completed the previous quest (Screenshot 1) and don't know, which requirement there is left. In other news, the quest NPC isn't spawned correct. There is a random "Klaxxi Warrior" (screenshot 2), that ended the previous quest and one named "Korven the Prime" (Screenshot 3), that also hasn't got a new quest for me.
