Bug description: This ability doesnt care about los nor range, i ran over 100y from it and had multiple walls between and it was still pumping dmg like im next to it...

it's intended, that's how it should work

it's been fixed last patch to behave exactly like that

That is actually how it is supposed to work. The issue would be if you would be standing 100y from the target or would be behind a wall and could still apply a rift.
