Bug description: Monk Campaign Quest "Stolen Knowledge" can't be turned in.
Proof: I completed the quest "Stolen Knowledge" and went to turn in, but the npc doesn't exist here is a screenshot.

That's the wrong spot. This is the NPC where you need to turn the quest in.
So the questmarker was wrong for some reason, didn't have that issue when I was doing this quest. You can turn the quest in at the NPC I linked you above without any problems.
