Bug description: Quest Giver doesn't exist / Dark Iron Steamsmith doesn't drop the item as he should be...

"If you are looking for this pattern on WoW (not classic) the quest to get it no longer exists. Instead you can farm Dark Iron Steamsmiths in Searing Gorge around 42,50 and they will drop the pattern. Got mine after 10 kills so the drop rate is quite high." there's your proof
