Bug description:
Ofc it could be lucky that they didnt get the overlap but there are just 3 examples there is still more to find on youtube where no Overlaps are happening.
Once you got Nightmarebolt you shouldn´t be able to get Induced Paranoia.

It has happened to me many times so I can confirm this bug, you get nightmare bolt and after, there is a high percent of getting paranoia.
