Bug description: Im not 100% sure if it's bugged but I can't do more in this case as a player. Detailed description:

I was absorbing a warlock Chaos Bolts while specced into Spell Eater (20% more absorb and 5s longer AMS, useful for tests). Each Chaos bolt was a 900k absorbed damage and it generated only ~30RP each(10RP/300k dmg absorbed). I also wanted to post screenshots of combat log but it ignores fully absorbed spells in its' logs (it doesn't record anything that happened).

I don't know if AMS was bugged before or not, but it generated 100RP per every ~200k dmg absorbed(10RP/20k dmg absorbed), now much much less. It would be nice if you could check and provide information if this change is intended or not.

Hello , there have been a few reports about AMS not generating enough runic power . But the way it worked on 7.2.5 wasn't correct , the issue has been resolved since this patch .

The same happens in raids on almost all encounters where you can soak magical damage .

If you find an exception , like an AoE ability or I don't know what not generating runic power but it's magical please open a new report with provided proof .
