TESTED 4HEAD

edit1: https://imgur.com/dAmLygW tested on near expiring bl, 4UA casted 15 ticks, instead of 16
edit2: last one i wont bother anymore, https://imgur.com/undefined , did a normal pull in full gear, 25 ticks, meaning 3 are lost.

Managed to replicate. This Bug seems to happen to ua that has been reapplied from artifact ability
