[DUPLICATE] [questline] [quest] Obliterum Forge questline in 7.3.5 + no Primal Obliterum quest

Bug description:

Quests from the questline can be acquired all at once yet completion of them doesnt mean anything as whole questline is broken after moving to 7.3.5.

In patch 7.2 Pre-quests have been removed leaving only this quest (no freakz link):

Without finishing the questline Obliterum Forge CAN be used,

yet no quest can be started for Primal Sargerite / Primal Obliterum by Trader Caelen .

1. No dialogue option to continue mission

2. Missions in underbelly available all at once

3. Forge can be used without questline

4. no quest on Trader Caelen
