Bug description: Mounts that are collected on alliance appear as not collected instead of unusable on horde and vice versa. They also arent counted in the Total mounts counter

Confirm, before update i had 425 mounts, now it only shows me 369

Faction mounts are not counted to number of mounts anymore for opposite faction, this is correct (it was bugged on 7.2.5). So for example tauren kodos are counted and will count to horde collection, but not for alliance collection.
Also most of PvP mounts are counted only on the character you got them, they are not usable on other characters. Number of mounts is correct.

Armory counts all mounts on account, but sometimes doubles it, so in short words armory mount number is not correct.
