[REJECTED] can not see the NPC "Archivist Melinda" in lock class hall

Bug description: i can not see the NPC, so i can not start class hall upgrades.

You will get a quest later in your class hall campaign called Tech It Up a Notch and then you will be able to see the NPC and start your class hall upgrades. If you still experience visibility issues after reaching this quest, make a new report.
